Meet Pamela
By the time I was eight, I had lost my father, my brother and three grandparents. My mother loved me deeply, but she was overwhelmed by her own grief and anxiety.
Our home, already shaped by alcoholism and domestic violence was emotionally unsafe and unpredictable.
Those early wounds shaped me. They left me stuck in fight-or-flight, people-pleasing, high-achieving, and perfectionistic, chasing love and approval in all the wrong places.
I ended up divorced, bankrupt, carrying excess weight, and battling chronic fatigue, daily pain, weekly migraines, and relentless heartburn. I relied on a cocktail of prescription and over-the-counter drugs just to make it through the day.
And underneath it all? An undiagnosed neurodivergent brain (ADHD) and a dysregulated nervous system.
My Search for Healing
In my desperate search for meaning, healing, and identity, I turned to the spiritual paths that promised wholeness.
For 30 + years, I was immersed in the world of self-help, new age, Gnosticism, Eastern Religions, spirituality, and mysticism.
I was trying to be whole, to find peace, but every path that bypassed Christ left me more fragmented and spiritually exhausted.

This profession is my passion. I have put tens of thousands of hours and dollars into my development as a professional coach to ensure that I have the greatest impact on my clients, my loved ones, and my own life.
I challenge my clients lovingly yet firmly, so they can experience deep shifts and lasting change. We work together to take care of the businessofYOU™ and to create relationships, a career, and a Christ centered lifestyle you love.
And perhaps the biggest point of all, we work together to help you have more fun.
When I’m not coaching, I can be found spending time with God and His word, in nature, snuggling with my Chihuahua Miniature Greyhound mix pups, tending to my plants, reading, working out, listening to worship music, and enjoying the love and friendship of Erik, my husband and Serena, our daughter.
